When using services at hyrazone.com, we encourage customers to carefully read and understand our service terms of use. This ensures that our valued customers are fully aware of the regulations and conditions we have established, thereby creating the best experience for all parties involved. We always strive to maintain a robust and transparent service environment where everyone is treated fairly and transparently.

1.Customer Responsibilities
1.1. Customers are legally responsible for all data when renting and using GPUs at hyrazone.com. Ensure that this data does not contain software environments or violate legal regulations regarding industrial property rights, copyrights, national secrets, security, or cultural standards. Hyrazone.com does not provide services for purposes such as organizing gambling, betting, lotteries, hacking, DDoS attacks, fraud, cryptocurrency mining, or spam (including email spam as defined by Decree 90/2008/ND-CP or any subsequent replacing legislation). If these terms are violated, customers will bear full legal responsibility without involving us.
1.2. Customers must securely store all known information, passwords, and other details related to their service accounts or customer management accounts. This ensures the protection of personal information and prevents unauthorized access. If customers detect any unauthorized access to their accounts or security issues such as loss, theft, or disclosure of passwords and other information, please notify us immediately. We are always ready to assist and take prompt action to protect your rights and information.
1.3. We remind customers of their responsibility to safeguard data and source code on hyrazone.com’s servers. Customers must take full responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of their data on the server. We are not liable for any cases involving data loss, hacking, or unauthorized access to customer data.
1.4. We emphasize that customers must commit to maintaining high responsibility for securing remote access provided by hyrazone.com. Customers are also legally accountable if they intentionally allow third parties to use remote access for illegal activities.
1.5. To ensure transparency and accuracy in task completion, we remind customers of their responsibility to sign and confirm work experience records or work memoranda. This is clearly specified in the attached service annex. If confirmation is not received within 05 working days from the date hyrazone.com sends the test request, the annex will be considered automatically accepted.
1.6. We remind customers to notify hyrazone.com of any changes related to company name, address, billing address, bank account details, or anticipated service suspension (if applicable). This must be done at least 15 working days in advance to allow us to update and process customer information accurately and promptly.
1.7. Customers commit to fulfilling the rights and obligations outlined in the service contract and its annexes.
1.8. Customers have the right to suspend service usage if hyrazone.com breaches the contract.

2. Hyrazone.com’s Responsibilities
2.1. Hyrazone.com commits to providing services as agreed in the Service Cooperation Contract and its annexes (in case of changes to service functions, we will notify and update relevant documentation). This ensures that valued customers receive high-quality services that meet agreed requirements and standards.
2.2. We commit to protecting customers’ personal information and the data they provide to hyrazone.com. We will not disclose this information to third parties unless there is an official request from verified authorities or explicit customer consent.
2.3. We will address customer complaints about service quality as quickly as possible, within no more than 24 hours from receiving the complaint.
2.4. We will not compensate for customer data stored at hyrazone.com in cases such as customer-induced data loss, data destruction due to intentional actions by second or third parties beyond the customer’s control, system failures, or force majeure events.
2.5. We reserve the right to unilaterally suspend the Service Cooperation Contract if customers violate the terms of use, commitments in the contract, or its annexes. (The suspension period will end once the violation is resolved and will not count toward the contract’s service duration.)

2.7. We commit to refunding 100% of the reasonable value (excluding transaction-related fees) if we fail to fulfill our commitments.
2.8. We will notify customers via email or written notice of any changes to services or maintenance schedules.
2.9. In case of errors, interruptions, or disconnections caused by hyrazone.com’s equipment or systems, beyond refunding rental costs, we will not be liable for compensating other damages. However, we may offer regular support lists tailored to customers in specific cases.

3. Suspension and Termination of Service Use
3.1. Services provided by hyrazone.com will automatically terminate or temporarily cease by mutual agreement or upon the expiration of the service contract.
3.2. Hyrazone.com reserves the right to suspend or unilaterally terminate the service contract in the following cases:

  • Customers violate the service terms of use during the use of hyrazone.com’s products or services.
  • Failure to provide necessary supplementary documents or comply with reasonable requests.
  • Failure to renew or settle overdue service fees, prompting us to take necessary measures to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
    3.3. Before terminating service use, customers must transfer all data stored on hyrazone.com’s servers. We do not transfer data to other providers. If data is not transferred before termination, it will be deleted within 7 days, and we cannot provide backups.
    3.4. For trial or free services, upon service conclusion, all related products, services, and data (if any) will be canceled or reclaimed.
    3.5. If either party breaches the service cooperation contract related to fixed equipment or initial consulting assets, the breaching party must compensate the other with reasonable costs, as proposed by the non-breaching party, not exceeding 8% of the contract value.
    3.6. Customers are responsible for full payment of fees before starting service use, unless post-payment terms are clearly specified in the contract.

4. Customer Support
4.1. Hyrazone.com provides prompt customer support through various channels such as phone, live chat, Telegram, etc.
4.2. For cases requiring accuracy and confidentiality that may take longer to process, hyrazone.com requests customers to send an email to [email protected].

5. Customer Information Privacy
We respect customer privacy and strictly manage their information. Hyrazone.com will collect and use customer information in accordance with the Privacy Policy outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment Methods
When registering for services at hyrazone.com, customers can pay via:

  • Direct bank transfer.
  • Direct payment at the company’s office.

7. Force Majeure
7.1. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable and unpredictable events, the affected party will be temporarily exempt from fulfilling obligations during this period. However, the affected party must take all necessary measures to prevent, mitigate, or resolve the consequences of such events.
7.2. In case of a force majeure event, the affected party must notify the other party as soon as possible. During such events, both parties are exempt from liability for damages.
7.3. If a force majeure event lasts longer than 30 working days or continues to impact the execution of the Service Cooperation Contract, either party may unilaterally terminate the contract. This decision must be notified in writing within 10 working days from the intended termination date.

The service terms of use will be regularly updated to reflect the latest requirements and standards for each service type and time period. Customers are responsible for monitoring these updates via email to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and terms.
